Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Design Manager. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring the production of high-quality equipment, and coordinating with the technical and automation teams. Responsibilities include managing design projects, developing design strategies, preparing detailed design plans, and liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

• Proven experience in

• Ability to

  develop design strategies

  and manage design projects from concept to completion
• Proficiency in

  technical drawing

  and

  blueprint creation

• Strong

  problem-solving

  analytical skills

• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to

  review engineering drawings

  and suggest

  optimal improvements

• Strong

  team management

  and leadership skills
• Prior

  managerial experience in the Material Handling industry

  strongly preferred
• Ability to

  manage cross-functional teams

  and ensure timely project delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical Engineering

  or related field
• Ability to work

  on-site in Navi Mumbai

Preferred:

• Previous hands-on

  experience in the Material Handling industry
