Job Title: Admin Executive Department: Administration Location: Plot No. A-440, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC Mahape, Thane - Belapur Rd, MIDC Industrial Area, Dist, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710, India Reports To: HR Head Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate must be a graduate and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee general office operations, including housekeeping, stationery, and facility management Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely support Manage staff attendance records and assist in HR-related admin tasks Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role Employment Type: Full-Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 11/06/2025
