🔧 Role: Structural Design Manager

Location: Noida (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 5–10 years

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and guide structural design for buildings & infrastructure projects.

• Validate design calculations, structural models, and detailed drawings.

• Ensure full compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers for seamless project delivery.

• Prepare design reports, BOQs, and technical documentation.

• Manage, mentor, and grow the structural design team.

• Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and quality control.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.

• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Revit.

• Experience handling residential, commercial, or industrial structures.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient engineering practices.
