Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steel Engineer at our Noida location. The Steel Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing steel structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, and performing site inspections. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects including residential buildings, office complexes, and infrastructure developments. Qualifications Proficiency in designing and analyzing steel structures Experience with industry standards and codes for structural engineering Ability to prepare detailed drawings and specifications Coordination skills for working with multiple engineering disciplines Site inspection and project management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a master's degree is a plus Relevant experience in the infrastructure and construction industry Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus
