Responsibilities: - Supervise the projects as per the given deadlines. Candidate should have knowledge of reading electrical Drawing. Candidate should have experience of PLC wiring, VFD drive. Candidate Should have knowledge of hard wiring (Relay && Contractor) Candidate should have knowledge of sensors wiring. Handle the entire process from selections and procurement of equipments like sensors, PLCs etc. Monitor && provide support and guidance to the operational activities of the electrical department; reviewing systems and processes to accommodate the demanding operational environment. Site installation of electrical panels and equipment at site. Execution of electrical work at site and in house. Skills we required: Should have knowledge of basic electrical && electronics like- transformers, motors, switch gears, logic gates, transistors, diodes, relays. Average Communication Skills. Should have knowledge of panel wiring, panel designing and PLC Able to manage team of electricians to execute the given projects.
Key Responsibilities: Proposal Preparation: o Analyse RFQs, tenders, and client specifications. o Prepare technical proposals, equipment selection, and PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams). o Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial offers. Technical Understanding: o Interpret process requirements for oilseed crushing, solvent extraction, refining, hydrogenation, fractionation, and specialty fat production. o Liaise with process engineering to ensure accuracy in the proposed solutions. Coordination && Communication: o Coordinate with sales, procurement, design, engineering, and project management teams. o Participate in client discussions, technical clarifications, and negotiations. Documentation: o Create and maintain standard proposal templates and documentation. o Ensure all proposals comply with company and client standards. Market Intelligence: o Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive and innovative solutions. Key Skills && Competencies: Strong knowledge of oil and fat processing technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in proposal writing, costing, and project estimation. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&&IDs. Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP or similar). Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop equipment and system layouts for: o Vegetable oil processing plants (including extractors, refiners, heat exchangers, etc.) o Pressor gas systems (including pressure vessels, piping layouts, compressors, etc.) o fabrication components and assemblies Prepare detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor. Conduct engineering calculations including stress analysis, flow dynamics, and thermal performance. Collaborate with process engineers to ensure system efficiency and performance. Create and maintain accurate technical documentation (P&&IDs, BOMs, fabrication drawings). Work closely with procurement, fabrication, and QA/QC teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and project meetings. Ensure compliance with industry codes (e.g., ASME, API, ISO, ASTM) and safety standards. Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
