You Bring

• 5+ years of interior design experience
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to run multiple projects across geographies and verticals
• Deep knowledge of GFCs, materials, commercial costing, and vendor ecosystems
• Exposure to team management, process optimization, and performance coaching
• Data-backed thinking and the ability to build scalable systems
