Design Manager

As an Electronics Engineer with a strong academic background in B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc, you are required to have 5+ years of core experience in developing complex embedded systems/FPGA-based projects. Your primary role will involve being fully responsible for handling complex embedded systems projects from scratch to completion. This includes guiding junior team members and working alongside them to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate excellent hardware design & analysis skills in analog, digital, and mixed-signal domains with quick and effective troubleshooting abilities. - Possess exceptional C programming skills and knowledge of common programming languages such as Python. - Be proficient in troubleshooting software problems and providing guidance and support to team members to overcome development obstacles. - Engage in customer interaction and support activities. - Manage multiple projects concurrently executed by different teams. - Showcase a track record of completing numerous embedded systems/FPGA-based projects successfully. - Utilize various test & measuring equipment like oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers, etc., proficiently. - Establish and adhere to high-quality systems and working procedures. - Adapt to new technologies and requirements effectively. - Work independently with minimal or no guidance. Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc in Electronics. - 5+ years of experience in developing complex embedded systems/FPGA-based projects. - Proficiency in hardware design, C programming, troubleshooting, and project management.
