Associate Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process

  for key campaigns and events, from concept to final execution.

• Mentor and guide a team of designers

  , providing regular feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  —including product, marketing, and engineering—to develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals.

• Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines

  while pushing the boundaries of innovative design.

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data

  to inform design decisions and measure the success of projects.

• Present design concepts

  to stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and impact of your work.

• Contribute to the evolution of Flipkart’s design systems

  and processes, advocating for best practices in user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of experience managing designers and design teams.

• 8+ years of experience designing large-scale E-commerce and brand campaigns

• Proficiency in design software, including

  Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and relevant AI tools.

• A strong understanding of

  Visual Design, UI/UX design principles and brand guidelines.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.
• Experience with

  AI tools, motion graphics, and unique animations

  is a significant plus.
