Design Manager, Embedded Systems

You should hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech degree in Electronics with a strong academic background. Ideally, you should possess at least 5 years of extensive experience in developing intricate embedded systems/FPGA based projects. Your role will involve overseeing complex embedded systems projects from initiation to completion, providing guidance to junior team members, and collaborating closely with them. Proficiency in hardware design encompassing analog, digital, and mixed signal components coupled with adept troubleshooting abilities is essential. Additionally, you must demonstrate exceptional skills in C programming and familiarity with common languages like python. Troubleshooting software issues and offering support to team members encountering obstacles in their development process are crucial aspects of the role. Customer interaction, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and completion of numerous embedded systems/FPGA based projects are expected. Proficiency in utilizing various test and measuring equipment such as oscilloscope, signal generator, and logic analyzer is required. Establishing and adhering to high-quality systems and operational procedures, adapting to new technologies as per organizational needs, and working autonomously with minimal guidance are key attributes for success in this role.,
