Design Manager, Embedded Systems

As an Electronics professional, you will be responsible for developing complex embedded systems/FPGA based projects. Your role will involve guiding junior team members, working alongside them, and providing support throughout the project lifecycle. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field and a strong educational background with a B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech degree in Electronics. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of complex embedded systems projects from inception to completion. - Demonstrate expertise in hardware design, including analog, digital, and mixed signal components. - Possess exceptional C programming skills and proficiency in common programming languages such as Python. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively. - Offer guidance and support to team members to overcome obstacles in their development tasks. - Interact with customers and provide necessary support. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each executed by different teams. - Utilize various test and measuring equipment like oscilloscope, signal generator, logic analyzer, etc. - Establish and adhere to high-quality systems and working procedures. - Stay updated with new technologies and adapt them to meet project requirements. - Work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech in Electronics with good academic records. - Minimum 5 years of experience in developing complex embedded systems/FPGA based projects. - Proficiency in hardware design, C programming, Python, and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to lead projects, provide guidance, and support team members. - Experience in customer interaction and managing multiple projects concurrently. - Familiarity with test and measuring equipment. - Strong adaptability to learn new technologies and work independently.,
