The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative, Digital and Print designs. Responsibilities: Ø Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets. Ø Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and visual storytellers. Ø Develop graphics for Social Media creatives, digital banners, logos, brochures, leaflets, Illustrations. Ø Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing materials. Ø Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns. Ø Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends. Ø Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction. Ø Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on client's requirements and content. Ø Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Ø Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles and quickly translate your ideas visually. Ø Select colours, images, text style, and layout as per the brand guidelines. Ø Video – Short videos, Motion Graphics (Character Animation), Gifs Qualifications Ø Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Ø 8+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and digital media. Ø Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma). Ø Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition. Ø strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ø Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ø A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
