Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer with over 15 years of proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design. The ideal candidate will bring deep creative expertise, project leadership, and client management capabilities to lead end-to-end interior design projects—from concept to execution. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about blending functionality with aesthetics, while managing complex projects and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete interior design lifecycle: conceptualization, space planning, material selection, design development, and execution oversight.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to translate requirements into thoughtful and visually compelling design solutions.
• Oversee all stages of project development including site assessments, BOQs, procurement coordination, and quality control during execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level designers, delegating responsibilities and ensuring design quality and consistency.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, presentations, 3D models, and mood boards.
• Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client-specific requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in interior design (residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit (optional), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong aesthetic sense, with a keen eye for detail and functionality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects independently.
• Strong team leadership and project management abilities.

Preferred Traits:

• Exposure to luxury, sustainable, or theme-based interior design projects.
• Portfolio that showcases diversity and depth in design styles.
• Experience with turnkey project delivery models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
