Job Description

Job Title: Design Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as a Design Engineer

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop components and systems with a focus on water pumps and related mechanical equipment.
Create 2D/3D models, detailed drawings, and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Conduct feasibility studies, calculations, and simulations to ensure product efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure designs meet functional requirements and standards.
Modify and improve existing designs for better performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and BOMs.
Provide technical support during prototype development and testing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of SolidWorks (3D modeling, drafting, assemblies).
Hands-on experience in water pump design (preferred).
Good understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to analyze technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
