Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, schematics, layouts, and engineering documents for water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Perform hydraulic, structural, and thermal analysis to ensure system reliability and compliance with design requirements.
• Create layout plans, section views, P&IDs, process diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Review, modify, and optimize existing designs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and system performance.
• Ensure all designs adhere to project standards, industry codes, and client specifications.
• Lead and manage design packages for multiple projects ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to understand requirements and finalize designs.
• Support project teams during execution by resolving design-related issues and providing technical clarification.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and engineering documents for client review and approval.
• Oversee preparation of engineering documentation including drawings, BOQs, technical reports, and specifications.
• Maintain an organized CAD library of standardized components and templates for water treatment systems.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
• Implement design improvements based on feedback, site observations, and technological advancements.
• Stay updated with new technologies, design tools, and trends in water treatment and AutoCAD software.
• Integrate innovative, sustainable, and efficient solutions into system designs.
• Participate in R&D initiatives aimed at improving existing processes or developing new design methodologies.
