Job Description We are looking for a Design & Deployment Specialist to manage end-to-end release rollouts and process deployments across diverse teams. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing deployments, while ensuring compliance with frameworks, successful business acceptance, and effective change management. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, process expertise, and stakeholder coordination skills. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Manage all aspects of end-to-end release deployment, ensuring timely and smooth rollouts across teams and systems. Own and maintain the reference process repository to reflect the latest process standards and updates. Coordinate between pilot teams, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless process deployment. Ensure compliance with the defined process deployment framework throughout all stages of deployment. Drive rollout planning, including deployment methods, readiness checks, and risk assessments. Oversee acceptance processes, including obtaining business sign-off and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. Lead all aspects of change management—communication, preparation, and training—to support smooth adoption. Provide management reporting on deployment progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Act as an advisor and mentor to deployment teams, guiding best practices, resource allocation, and issue resolution. Key Skills And Experience You have: Proven experience in managing full-cycle release deployments and rollout strategies. Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams, pilot groups, and process stakeholders. In-depth understanding of process design, deployment frameworks, and change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex deployment scenarios. Ability to produce clear and concise management reports and progress dashboards. Experience leading teams or small projects, with hands-on resource and workload management. Excellent communication and training skills to ensure successful process adoption. It would be nice if you also had: Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or Lean methodologies for process improvement. Exposure to enterprise-level tools for release and change management.
