Electrical Panel Industry Profile - Design & Costing Engineer Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - electrical Experience - Min. 3+ yrs. in electrical industry like : LV Switchboard, LT Panels , LV Switchgear, PCC Panels , MCC Panels, VFD Panels, APFC Panels, PLC Panels etc. (Must Knowledge of AUTOCAD ) Location - Greater Noida Job Description : Prepare GA (General Arrangement) drawings, SLD (Single Line Diagrams), wiring diagrams, and terminal schedules for all types of LV panels. Design control circuit schemes for MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, and APFC panels. Select and size components such as breakers, relays, contactors, busbars, CTs, PTs, meters, and cables as per project specifications and standards (IEC, IS). Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimation for various types of LV electrical panels. Analyze technical specifications and drawings to prepare accurate costing and tender documentation. Prepare detailed techno-commercial offers and submit them to the sales/business development team or directly to clients. Support pre-sales and bidding processes with necessary design inputs and cost analysis. Work closely with production, purchase, and quality teams to align design feasibility, material availability, and cost optimization. Support the site and commissioning teams with technical documentation and troubleshooting inputs. CAD Tools: AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools for drafting panel designs. Calculation Tools: Excel-based costing templates, or ERP systems like SAP, Oracle. Simulation/Analysis (Optional): ETAP or similar software for power system analysis and validation. Coordinate With .
