Job Purpose

“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”The position will be responsible for data management, data analysis and data visualisation

Duties And Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)

•  Data Management
  

 Designing database tables and structures
 Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications

•  Should have strong RDBMS DWH-BI knowledge and Demonstrated proficiency in data modelling
•  Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues
•  Data Analysis
  

 Evaluate business data and recommend appropriate strategies to achieve stated objectives
 Perform analysis to derive business decisions and optimize KPIs Identify gaps and take corrective measures Location wise performance analysis across offer efficiency, ATS, performance metrics Design action plans in case there is deviation from planned business targets or governance with control mechanisms is not being maintained

•  Data presentation with different cuts in Power-BI
