Role Overview

Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for business loans (unsecured and secured).
  
• Generate leads through self-sourcing, DSAs, and channel partners.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and MSME clients.
  
• Identify potential clients and conduct need-based financial discussions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for credit assessment, documentation, and disbursement.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high credit quality.
  
• Track competition and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience

  in sales of

  business loans, LAP, or SME financing

  .
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven attitude.
  
• Good understanding of financial documentation and lending processes.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  

Preferred Background

• Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks, or financial institutions handling unsecured/secured loans.
  
• Candidates with strong local market knowledge and client network in Hyderabad are preferred.
