Deputy Project Director

Role Overview: Godrej Properties is seeking a Project Director to join their team. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for P&L ownership, asset management, AOP planning, day-to-day management of the site, execution of projects as per the business plan, risk management, people management, process adherence & improvement, and more. Key Responsibilities: - P&L Ownership - Asset Management: to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns - AOP Planning: to preserve business plan - Day to day management of the site - Execution of project as per Business Plan - Risk Management: flagging & resolving risks, evaluating mitigation mechanisms, and proactively highlighting critical risks - People Management: defining work objectives/goals, conducting performance reviews, completing performance appraisals & people related processes, carrying out team building & engagement activities - Process Adherence & Improvement: identifying processes/procedures that need improvement, recommending process improvement ideas, streamlining efficiency/costs/productivity, undertaking process improvement activities, complying with company guidelines and processes, adhering to project timelines Qualification Required: - Post-Graduation from Premier B-School - Chartered Financial Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst Additional Details of the Company: Godrej Properties has experienced significant growth in the real estate industry in India and is known for its unique Joint Venture based development model.
