· Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure adherence to quality and output targets
· Lead and motivate production teams to ensure high productivity and discipline
· Monitor process performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement initiatives
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
· Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow
· Use Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts) for data analysis and production reporting
· Master’s or Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering
· 6–8 years of experience in production, quality, and team supervision
· Strong command over Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Strong understanding of production line processes and machine operations
