Role Overview:

As a Financial Analyst, you'll be responsible for evaluating financial performance, identifying key trends, and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance, profitability, and cost structures
• Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Provide meaningful, actionable insights to stakeholders
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling expertise
• Familiarity with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EPM)
• High attention to detail and a strategic, business-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
