Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dy Manager- Technical Sales located in Pune, India. The role involves managing and driving sales for Industrial Coatings, providing technical support to clients, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing account management. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, promoting products, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales of

    Industrial Coatings

    products across the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Provide

    technical support

    and

    application guidance

    to customers to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Work closely with

    R&D and Technical Service teams

    to address customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, trials, and performance evaluations at customer sites.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare relevant reports, and business reviews for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree

    in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in Account Management and Customer Service in relevant industry with minimum 8 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of

    industrial coating systems

    , application processes, and performance parameters is a plus.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
