#hiring 'Deputy Manager - Strategic Sourcing' for a reputed organization into Chemicals industry.

Position: Deputy Manager - Strategic Sourcing

Location: Gurgaon

Dy Manager Strategic Sourcing

Experince:-

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for Strategizing Procurement Activities for Raw material, Packaging material, for that Toll Manufacturing facility.
Responsible for quick decisions in Sourcing, Vendor Identifications during procurement of Key Raw materials & Packaging Material by devising and using fruitful sourcing strategies.
Ensuring 100% compliance with laid down policies, SOP, Govt Regulations while entering POs/Contracts with the Vendors.
Discover profitable Vendors and initiate business and organization partnerships.
Proposed to Finalize Procurement details of orders and deliveries.
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Working closely with Sales, Quality & Operations on Customized & on New Customer enquiries
Work with production & planning to understand the requirement / changing needs and supply timely the direct materials(Raw & Packaging Material) for Toll manufacturing facility.
Support & Negotiate the scrap sale activities like Solvent spent, Drums etc.
Actively involved in New Product development initiatives along with Sales, Quality Team for all Procurement Categories
Work with Regulatory & Safety team for the dynamic requirement of the Govt laws and able to swiftly engage the same with the suppliers. Keeping an Eye on the Products which could be regulated by Customs / Law / FDA / BIS etc.
International Sourcing & Negotiating on Bulk Volumes Imports for the products Globally, as required by Business.
Tracking & Monitoring of the SLAs designed for Procurement activities.
