Job Opening: Administrative Assistant Vendor Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Vendor Management team to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
  • Perform day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks
  • Respond to supplier calls and guide them through registration on the e-procurement system
  • Update and maintain supplier data in the vendor portal
  • Manage and maintain vendor-related files and documents
  • Handle general correspondence (emails, letters, memos, forms, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to departmental policies, SOPs, and information security guidelines

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of e-procurement / vendor portals
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
