Job Description

Academy & Coach Engagement:
Build trusted relationships with cricket academies and coaches through regular visits, product demos, and trials to encourage brand adoption.
Academy Tie-ups & Supplies:
Secure long-term partnerships with academies for product supply. Collaborate on tournaments and corporate cricket events to boost visibility and generate leads.
On-Ground Activations & Events:
Plan and execute promotional events, tournaments, and dealer/coach meets to increase brand presence and community engagement.
Drive Regional Sales:
Drive sales across assigned retailers, academies, and dealer networks.
Retail & Dealer Network Management:
Conduct regular store visits as per monthly journey plans. Support product placement, merchandising, and ensure availability at key retail points.
New Product Launches:
Introduce and promote new product lines to retailers and dealers, ensuring proper display and early adoption.
Market Feedback & Insights:
Collect structured feedback from stores, coaches, and end users. Share actionable insights to help refine marketing and product strategies.
