Job Description

Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete
RFQ (Request for Quotation)
process, including requirement analysis and internal coordination.
Prepare
technical and commercial quotations
with accurate cost estimation.
Conduct
market research
to identify potential customers, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive new project inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and quality to support customer requirements.
Track competitor activities and pricing strategies to support management decisions.
Follow up on submitted quotes and convert them into confirmed orders.
Prepare regular business development reports for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
(mandatory).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales.
Strong understanding of manufacturing/engineering processes.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
