Deputy Manager - Solution Sales

We are looking for a high-performing, proactive Deputy Manager – Software Sales to drive the global expansion of our enterprise and franchise business. You will lead sales of Cosmic AI PMO, PMP/Agile Exam Simulators, and Learning Platforms across North America, Latin America, the Middle East, and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Software Sales Promote and sell SaaS solutions including PMO Software (Cosmic AI PMO), Simulators, and LMS platforms to enterprise clients and training businesses.
• Manage CRM pipeline, sales funnel, and reporting for global partnership development.
• Act as a strategic account manager for existing partners to drive upselling and retention.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (support, onboarding, product, marketing) for smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
• Attend global sales calls and webinars and represent PMaspire in international forums (virtually or onsite).

Salary Range : 5- 6 lpa (depending upon experience)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in

  B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales

  , preferably in EdTech or PMO software.
• Proven experience in

  international B2B software sales

  or

  enterprise SaaS sales

  .
• Track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving monthly targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, digital lead generation, and outreach strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a performance-driven mindset.
