Executive/Senior Executive - Support & Digital Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Customer Support and Social Media Posting & Lead Generation Specialist to manage our customer inquiries, promote company initiatives on various social channels, and support lead-generation campaigns. The successful candidate will help drive the company’s brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to generating high-quality leads across all platforms.

Social Media Management & Lead Generation:

• Develop, design, and post engaging image and video content across company websites and social media profiles including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other community groups. Average design and post 4-5 contents per day on various platform.
• Prepare and post content related to company achievements, seasonal campaigns (Mother's Day, Women’s Day, etc.), and important milestones.
• Generate 4-5 qualified leads for various channels
• Implement a monthly plan to generate leads using digital marketing tools and social channels.
• Support outreach campaigns, sales initiatives and special promotions.

Customer Support & Engagement

• Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries via social media messages, emails, and company website forms.
• Maintain an active presence on all designated social platforms to enhance customer experience and drive retention.
• Gather and report common inquiries to help improve products and services.

Content Development & Article Posting

• Write and publish weekly articles on multiple platforms including company websites and LinkedIn Newsletters.
• Focus article content on certification programs, product updates, and company initiatives.

• Must be good in canva
• Good in english
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills for article creation and post captions.
• Ability to multitask and manage different communication channels efficiently.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with exceptional time management skills.
