Role and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and research new business opportunities, sectors, and potential clients aligned with strategic growth goals. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and use of internal/external
databases.
Develop customized outreach strategies to engage with prospective clients and initiate sales conversations.
2. Sales Cycle Management
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Conduct effective client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and propose appropriate
solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and negotiate contract terms to close deals independently.
Drive the sales process efficiently from first contact to final agreement, ensuring timely follow-up at each
stage.
3. Revenue Generation & Collections
Take complete ownership of revenue targets and ensure timely collections from clients post-delivery. Maintain accurate records of all sales, negotiations, collections, and client communication.
4. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and post-sales experience. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat
business.
Actively resolve client issues or escalations to ensure retention and high service quality.
5. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts to senior management. Share insights and analytics to support strategic sales planning and market positioning.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to identify new
opportunities.
6. Strategic Sales Planning
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, finance) to support sales efforts and ensure client satisfaction. Contribute to sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and lead conversion techniques to drive business growth.

Qualification
