Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end management of Sales and Service operations of the two-wheeler dealership, ensuring achievement of sales targets, service productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team performance in line with OEM and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Operations

• Plan and achieve monthly & annual vehicle sales targets
• Manage showroom sales team, test rides, enquiries, booking conversion
• Monitor enquiry generation, follow-ups, retail conversion ratio
• Coordinate finance, insurance, exchange & registration
• Conduct local marketing activities, road shows & promotions
• Ensure customer experience & delivery standards
• Review daily, weekly & monthly sales reports

Service Operations

• Oversee workshop operations including technicians, service advisors & floor in-charge
• Monitor job card flow, WIP, ETA, productivity & efficiency
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality repair
• Control service revenue, spare parts sales & warranty claims
• Implement OEM service processes & audit requirements
• Monitor repeat service, retention & AMC sales
• Handle customer complaints, VOC & NPS improvement

Team Management

• Lead, motivate & monitor sales and service teams
• Conduct daily review meetings & monthly performance reviews
• Plan training for product knowledge, service quality & soft skills
• Ensure attendance, discipline & performance management

Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure high CSI / NPS scores
• Handle escalations & critical customer issues
• Implement feedback & follow-up mechanisms
• Maintain customer relationship & loyalty programs

Financial & MIS Control

• Monitor branch profitability
• Control expenses, manpower cost & operational efficiency
• Review MIS, dashboards & KPI reports
• Coordinate with Accounts & Management

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, company policies & safety norms
• Monitor inventory, spares stock & asset management
• Coordinate with RTO, Insurance & Vendors
• Ensure housekeeping & facility standards
