Role Overview

We are looking for an IT person to lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, and end-user support. The role requires a strong balance of hands-on technical expertise, people management, vendor coordination, and strategic planning to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations.

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, operating systems, applications, and enterprise tools.
• Oversee user account management, access control, permissions, and identity management.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery.

Network & Security Management

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Ensure network security, performance, and availability across all locations.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, antivirus, and data protection measures.

• Support internal and external IT audits, compliance, and security reviews.

  IT Operations & Support

• Act as the escalation point for complex IT issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests with minimal business impact.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset registers, and user guides.

• Drive continuous improvement in IT processes and service delivery.

  Team, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT engineers/executives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, AMC, licensing, and SLA management.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology needs and deliver solutions.

Budgeting & Planning

• Prepare and manage annual IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Track expenses, analyze variances, and ensure cost-effective IT operations.
• Support leadership in technology planning and scalability initiatives.
