Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles.
Drive SMT hiring from remote locations based on the business need to ensure manpower availability as per the approved budget
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, Factory Act, and other statutory regulations. Maintain and audit statutory records. Liaison with government officials, external stakeholders.
Performance Management:
Assist in goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions.
Experienced in the Time office, overseeing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain HRIS and employee records accurately.
Experience in handling disciplinary actions
Update the monthly HR MIS and monthly compliance tool
Execute monthly committee meetings both in Gurkul and the factory
Overseeing the community living of SMT at Gurukul.
Additional responsibility as and when required based on the functional and business needs.
