Job Description

Summary/Objective:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Employee relations / conducted employee engagement
  • RAG Analysis / SKIP meet
  • Attrition analysis
  • Retention analysis
  • POSH / disciplinary action.
  • Leave & attendance management.
  • Conducting Rewards & Recognition / Induction /Orientation.
  • FTEs handled under their span.

HR Business Partner:

  • Support end-to-end HRBP delivery.
  • Foster a strong business relationship with the stake holders
  • Induction and assimilation of the new joiners
  • Employee Confirmation, Performance Management and Appraisals
  • Employee Grievance and counseling
  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement action plan to address them
  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
  • Focus on supervisory enablement activities
  • Plan and execute engagement activities for the location
  • Address and resolve employee queries in a timely manner
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Attrition Management and retention
  • Manage all the documentation related to the employees that includes employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents and exit documents

Reports, Audits & Compliances:

  • Responsible for managing internal reports related with Attrition Analysis
  • Insuring proper database of reports are maintained
  • Manage & facing internal & external audits
  • Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances

Training & Development:

  • Ensuring that proper induction and adequate trainings are been imparted to employees
  • Facilitate & co-ordinate internal & external trainings for the employee

Corporate Initiatives:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practic

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG- Post Graduate Specialization in Human Resource Management
  • Understands IT/ITES culture
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
  • Good client interfacing skills
  • Energetic and self-driven individual
  • Employee development and performance management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
  • Integrated knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, and procedures.
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Flexible to work in shifts
