Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    To lead and manage the Food & Beverage (F&B) vertical within the Non-Aero Commercial portfolio at Mumbai International Airport, ensuring optimal revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the airport’s strategic vision

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Key Responsibilities (KRAs): - Develop and execute F&B strategy aligned with passenger demographics and airport footfall - Identify and onboard innovative culinary concepts and brands to enhance the airport’s dining experience. - Maximize revenue from F&B outlets through optimal space utilization, pricing strategies, and tenant mix. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, footfall conversion, and spend per passenger metrics. - Negotiate commercial terms and lease agreements with F&B operators - Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and ambiance across all F&B outlets. - Implement feedback mechanisms and conduct regular audits to maintain quality. - Liaise with internal departments and external partners for smooth operations. - Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, food festivals, and loyalty programs. - Collaborate with concessionaires and marketing team for cross-promotions. - Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards. - Ensure compliance with FSSAI, airport safety norms, and other statutory requirements. - Drive penetration through loyalty program and digital invoicing. - Conduct weekly performance reviews and monthly sales performance reviews with concessionaires. - Perform inventory checks and provide feedback for improvements. - Drive budgeted sales, revenue, and KPIs at store level. Qualifications and Experience


    Education Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field. - 3 – 5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in airports, malls, or hospitality chains - Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
