Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the Food & Beverage (F&B) vertical within the Non-Aero Commercial portfolio at Mumbai International Airport, ensuring optimal revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the airport's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Develop and execute F&B strategy aligned with passenger demographics and airport footfall
• Identify and onboard innovative culinary concepts and brands to enhance the airport's dining experience.
• Maximize revenue from F&B outlets through optimal space utilization, pricing strategies, and tenant mix.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, footfall conversion, and spend per passenger metrics.
• Negotiate commercial terms and lease agreements with F&B operators
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and ambiance across all F&B outlets.
• Implement feedback mechanisms and conduct regular audits to maintain quality.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners for smooth operations.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, food festivals, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with concessionaires and marketing team for cross-promotions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, airport safety norms, and other statutory requirements.
• Drive penetration through loyalty program and digital invoicing.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and monthly sales performance reviews with concessionaires.
• Perform inventory checks and provide feedback for improvements.
• Drive budgeted sales, revenue, and KPIs at store level.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in airports, malls, or hospitality chains
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
