Deputy manager export

A detail-oriented professional to manage backend export operations, including documentation, licensing, and coordination for our growing export markets.
Role Overview: • Handle backend export processes and ensure smooth operations. • Prepare all required export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and health certificates. • Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements such as IEC, FSSAI central license, APEDA registration, EIA/EIC certification, Halal certification, and AGMARK certification. • Support exports to Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE and other countries as require. • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of export orders. • Coordinate and follow up with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments and receivables . • Maintain accurate records and assist management in reporting on export operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. • Coordinate with SCM, Costing, Finance, and Quality teams for accurate processing of export orders. • Liaise with logistics partners, customs authorities, and government bodies for smooth operations. • Maintain records of all export-related documentation and licenses. • Support management with reporting on export performance and compliance.Role / Position Title Export Documentation & Compliance Grade/Designation M Band/Deputy Manager SBU LOTTE India Corporation Limited Reporting Manager Deputy CFO Country India Location Ahmedabad Key Requirements: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field. • 3-4 years of experience in export operations, documentation, or compliance in FMCG preferably in cold chain or dairy products. • Strong knowledge of export documentation, licensing, and regulations. • Familiarity with export procedures for Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE. • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems.Education (degree / diploma) • Master’s in Business Administration, or a related field, Diploma in export management is preferred Experience • Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field. • 3-4 years of experience in export operations, documentation, or compliance in FMCG preferably in cold chain or dairy products. • Strong knowledge of export documentation, licensing, and regulations. • Familiarity with export procedures for Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE. • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems.
