Deputy manager export

A detail-oriented professional to manage backend export operations, including documentation, licensing, and coordination for our growing export markets.
Role Overview: Handle backend export processes and ensure smooth operations. Prepare all required export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and health certificates. Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements such as IEC, FSSAI central license, APEDA registration, EIA/EIC certification, Halal certification, and AGMARK certification. Support exports to Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE and other countries as require. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of export orders. Coordinate and follow up with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments and receivables . Maintain accurate records and assist management in reporting on export operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with SCM, Costing, Finance, and Quality teams for accurate processing of export orders. Liaise with logistics partners, customs authorities, and government bodies for smooth operations. Maintain records of all export-related documentation and licenses. Strong knowledge of export documentation, licensing, and regulations. Familiarity with export procedures for Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems.Education (degree / diploma) Master's in Business Administration, or a related field, Diploma in export management is preferred Experience Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in export operations, documentation, or compliance in FMCG preferably in cold chain or dairy products.
