Job Description

The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of treasury initiatives across cash and liquidity management, FX and interest rate risk mitigation and working capital optimization.

Thorough understanding and experience in Investment management, Bank account management, Investment and capital allocation.
Should have the knowledge and experience in risk management , risk mitigation strategy through hedges,
strong business diagnostic skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
Ability to work with minimal supervision and execute assignments within deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills backed by an enthusiastic approach and a diligent client focus.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS/IND AS hedge accounting, treasury controls, and compliance.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and TMS platforms such as Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, or Reval will be beneficial.
Big 4 consulting or global MNC experience , Familiarity with treasury-related regulatory frameworks (e.g., FEMA).

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent Masters degree
Knowledge of risk management and regulatory areas would be preferred eg. Basel, Stress Testing, Capital Management, ICAAP, Risk Based Supervision, Risk Modelling, Analytics
Professional certifications like CFA and FRM would be highly desirable
