Key responsibilities

Network expansion

  • Market Analysis and Potential Assessment:

    Conduct in-depth market studies to identify greenfield opportunities and potential open points for new dealerships within the assigned region.

Dealer management

  • Dealer Performance Monitoring:

    Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each dealer, including sales targets, market share, inventory management, and customer satisfaction index (CSI).
  • Dealer Profitability:

    Work closely with dealers to monitor their financial health and profitability. Provide guidance and support to implement corrective measures where necessary.

Sales and business development

  • Market Insights:

    Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics, and provide timely feedback and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Desired candidate profile

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Experience:

    6 to 12 years of experience in dealer/channel development or sales management, with a minimum of 4-5 years in the commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or mining sectors. Experience in network expansion is essential.
