Job Description

Regulatory Reporting

Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to regulatory bodies (e.g. IRDAI).
Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and evolving regulatory frameworks.
Liaise with compliance and legal teams to interpret new regulations and implement reporting changes.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all regulatory submissions.

MIS and Reporting

Design and maintain dashboards for business performance tracking.
Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for senior management and business units.
Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of MIS outputs.

Data Management

Oversee data collection, validation, storage, and retrieval processes.
Implement data governance protocols to ensure integrity, privacy, and security.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data architecture and systems.
Maintain master data and ensure alignment across departments.

Analytics

Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.
Identify business insights from structured and unstructured data.
Use statistical tools and machine learning models to solve business problems.
Present findings in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.
Present complex data insights in simple, business-friendly language.
Coordinate with internal departments for data requirements and reporting needs.
Prepare executive summaries and presentations for Management-level discussions.
Acting as a checker for the customer communications
