Role & responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Execution

  • Manage compensation frameworks including salary structures, incentive plans and other compensation.
  • Lead annual compensation review cycles.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using compensation surveys and analytics.

Total Rewards Design

  • Create a compelling Total Rewards philosophy aligned with company norms.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to support competitive offers and retention strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative reward solutions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws and internal policies.
