Role & responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Execution

Manage compensation frameworks including salary structures, incentive plans and other compensation.
Lead annual compensation review cycles.
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using compensation surveys and analytics.

Total Rewards Design

Create a compelling Total Rewards philosophy aligned with company norms.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to support competitive offers and retention strategies.
Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative reward solutions.

Analytics & Reporting

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws and internal policies.
