Deputy Manager of Medical Affairs

How You'll Make an Impact

Conduct clinical marketing education programs, seminars, and promotional events to improve BD's value proposition among clinical and economic buyers.
Build clinical capabilities among the sales organization and channel partners through training and continuous evaluation.
Develop and implement a regional calendar of engagements to create strong brand awareness and open doors with potential and existing customers.
Support the sales organization with product evaluations, clinical audits, setting protocols, and troubleshooting to ensure high product penetration and seamless application.

What You Bring

MBBS & MBA (Preferable) qualifications.
Strong clinical/laboratory understanding and business acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
Ability to influence without authority and build relationships.
