Job Description

Deputy Manager - Human Resource Management Roles and Responsibilities : Workday administration. Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider. Payroll data preparation. Personnel administration. Reporting – payroll and personnel data. Supervision of employee’s personal files . Supervision of employee’s liabilities and communication with debt collectors. Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance. Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc. Participation in HR Projects. Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees. Conducting standard HR processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others.
