Your Mission:

As the CRM & Lead Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving admissions by optimizing our CRM systems and executing innovative lead engagement strategies.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage our CRM platform to ensure flawless data flow and operational efficiency

Design and implement strategic communication workflows and nurturing journeys for prospective students

Craft and deliver engaging campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and events

Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to improve lead conversion rates

Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and IT teams to align strategies and enhance the candidate experience
