We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) to join our Retail Banking team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our Household banking products and services. You will work closely with the sales team and branch managers to identify potential customers and promote our products to them. Your main goal will be to increase the bank's customer base and revenue through effective acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through market research and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Promote and sell Household banking products and services to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
  • Collaborate with the sales team and branch managers to develop and implement effective acquisition strategies
  • Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to improve acquisition strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer acquisition in the banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
