Job Summary

As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting the bank's products and services to households in the assigned territory. You will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and door-to-door sales
  • Conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Cross-sell and upsell bank's products and services to existing customers
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
