Deputy Manager-Acquisition Current Account

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our acquisition efforts for current accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving business growth.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the existing customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, sales teams, and external partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their targets.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry, with a focus on acquiring new customers.
• Strong understanding of current account products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
