Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Deputy Manager-Acquisition Current Account to join our Retail Banking team at our Pune branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new current account customers and building strong relationships with them. This is a full-time position that requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their banking needs and offer suitable current account products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM software
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
