Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our acquisition efforts for current accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of current account products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
