Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Deputy Manager - Accounts and Finance will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings. This includes overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting audits. The role also entails financial planning, analysis, and working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure efficient financial management and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Tax Compliance
  • Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Auditing Practices, and Statutory Requirements
  • Skilled in Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software such as Tally ERP and Excel
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management skills, and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CA or ICWA are highly desirable
